01Applications

Ordinary machinery, high-pressure electrics, petroleum pump; the machine can process surface milling, spindle sleeve, and spindle sleeve machining, and internal & external processing as well as boring, drilling, and tapping; furthermore, it can also process holes of precision boxes that demands higher coordinated accuracy.

Spindle features

The spindle bearing of the flat rotating disk adopts the tapered roller bearing with good rigidity and high precision, with a diameter of 260mm. The main axis bearing of the boring and milling adopts the angular ball bearing with good rigidity and high precision, with a diameter of 180mm.

The U-axis tool handle and boring and milling axis tool handle are clamped by disc spring, the oil pressure is released, and the tool can be changed automatically by the ATC.

U-axis tool handle and boring and milling axis tool handle can select the CTS function.

The bearing adopts oil-gas lubrication to improve the service life of the spindle, and adopts constant temperature oil loop cooling mode to have the temperature homology function with the bed, so as to improve the rotation accuracy of the spindle and reduce the thermal deformation of the spindle system, so as to ensure the stability of the accuracy.

The machine is composed of a worktable, base, vertical column, spindle box, and the APC. It is equipped with a hydraulic system, cooling system and chip conveyor, lubrication system, electrical system, and rotational exchanging worktables. These together increase productivity and effectiveness.

The movement of the spindle box is on the vertical column for up and down movement, and the electrical system is equipped with six axes or synchronized three/four-axis functionality.
