BAR series

Equipped with boring axis(W axis), compared with the traditional horizontal milling, the precision is greatly improved.

The diameter of boring axis is Φ 130mm, the rotating speed is 3000rpm, and the stroke of W axis is 500mm.

With two-stage gearbox, high torque cutting ability can be achieved.

Suitable for machinery, water turbine, cylindrical cabin, and mold industry; it is ideal for process surface milling, spindle sleeve, and spindle sleeve machining, and ID & OD processing as well as drilling and tapping; furthermore, it can also process holes of precision boxes that demands higher coordinated accuracy.

Fast APC

Realizing front pallet exchange in front of the X-axis. There is a button panel for convenient workpiece clamp operation.

Precision stable clamping for the trolley.

6~10 precision conical bolt positioning.

Air cleaning methods

Conical bolt emits air-flow to clean while the pallet is changing.

Spindle features

BT-50 telescopic spindle (W axis: Φ110mm/Φ130mm), transmission structure is of ZF gear type, wider speed range, higher spindle speed (3000rpm); the maximum output torque is 1863Nm; no noise. The constant temperature oil cooling circuit ensures the spindle rotation precision and reduces the risk of thermal deformation.

The machine is composed of a worktable, base, vertical column, spindle box, and the APC. It is equipped with a hydraulic system, cooling system and chip conveyor, lubrication system, electrical system, and rotational exchanging worktables. These together increase productivity and effectiveness. The movement of the spindle box is on the vertical column and the electrical system is equipped with six axes or synchronized three-axis functionality.
